Commission Structure Overview

Standard Transactions:

• Scenario 1: If PP Associate A provides a listing and PP Associate B finds a buyer, both A and B receive 2%, and PropertyPartners.id receives 1%.
• Scenario 2: If PP Associate A provides a listing and a PP Partner finds a buyer, both A and the PP Partner receive 2%, and PropertyPartners.id receives 1%.
• Scenario 3: If PP Associate A provides both the listing and the buyer, A receives 5%.

High-Value Deals: Transactions over USD 500K may have unique commission arrangements to incentivize such listings.
